Ordering
How does payment work?
We will send payment instructions after we send an email to confirm your order. Prices reflected within our ordering system are an estimate and may be adjusted depending on flavours and dietary needs.
When can I expect a confirmation email?
We will send a confirmation email to the address you provided within 48 hour of your order placement! If you do not hear back, please reach out via email or Whatsapp!
Do you accept special orders?
Absolutely! I welcome special customer orders at my bakery. Please use our “Create Your Own” product listing in our shop and I’ll be delighted to create a customized, gluten-free treat tailored to your preferences. Additional charges may apply to cover extra labor and specific ingredients.
Do you cater for events?
I’m happy to provide the catering to your upcoming event! Make your next event a memorable one – whether you’re hosting a small get together or a wedding. If you have an event that you're uncertain about, feel free to email me at bakingbymax@gmail.com for additional information.
Pick-Up
Do you provide delivery?
At this time, we are unable to provide delivery! Please come collect your delicious goods from my home bakery located in Windermere, Southwest Edmonton!
Where can I pick-up my orders?
Please come to my home kitchen located in Windermere, Southwest Edmonton to collect your order! A specific address will be provided through email upon order confirmation.
Do you bake for customers outside of SW Edmonton?
Absolutely! As long as you are willing to come pick-up your orders from my home kitchen, I am happy to bake for you!

Yes, It's all Gluten-Free!
Everything that I make is gluten free. At my home bakery, I craft treats that go beyond the conventional, offering for those with specific dietary needs.
Besides gluten-free option, I am also open to bake any special options - dairy-free, vegan, and soy-free - special dietary preferences or flavours for your treats are welcome.

Quality Assurance
All surfaces are sanitized thoroughly between baking items. Given my own intolerances to Gluten and Dairy along with a severe nut allergy, the importance of cross contamination is appreciated. I have a stringent cleaning process for my bakery.
